We deliver Level 2 Early Years Practitioner, Level 3 Early Years Educator and are preparing to introduce the Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner. We have a clear drive to equip all learners with the knowledge, skills and confidence to become valuable members of the team as apprentices, and as permanent members of the team once qualified. This is core to our ethos and our trainers and assessors are committed to supporting every learner in achieving their qualification.
Our team have all worked in early years and understand the day-to-day pressures faced by owners and managers and the need for flexibility. We tailor each programme to suit individual learners.
We are based locally in Billingshurst, West Sussex and provide a blended approach of learning which includes live workshops, tutorials and progress reviews via Zoom and face to face visits carried out in setting for observations.
Our recent OFSTED monitoring visit resulted in us achieving the highest judgement level possible of ‘Significant Progress’ across all themes.
