Architectural Plants

We are an award-winning specialist nursery near Pulborough in West Sussex, with a reputation for supplying high-quality plants and designing and planting exceptional gardens. With a prodigious collection of topiary, exotic and tropical specimens, screening plants and rarities, our mission to exceed our clients’ expectations with exciting, bold and innovative work is a prerequisite.

We believe that a career working with plants can be truly rewarding so we are providing 2-year, paid apprenticeships for 18-24 year-olds aiming to deliver one of the UK's most unique and engaging horticultural working and learning experiences. We want to inspire a new generation of horticulturalists, botanists, landscapers, garden designers, plant growers, plant scientists, plant sellers and everything in between! Our apprentices will join our dedicated and plant obsessed team, growing, planting and maintaining some the world’s most exciting plants.

This is a physically demanding role and working outside throughout the year requiring grit, stamina and an unrelenting passion. The challenge is to manage your working and learning, striving to be efficient, reliable and disciplined at all times. Previous experience is not essential but a genuine enthusiasm for horticulture and working outside is vital.
