Our volunteers work alongside those who are disabled in the production of over 50 award winning artisan jams, marmalades, chutneys, and preserves, sold to five-star hotels, award winning bed and breakfasts, catering companies and specialist food and farm shops.
Our focus is to give people with disabilities, opportunities to develop their potential, exceed their ambitions and making them feel equal to their peers through work. To support this, we offer and provide; training facilities covering areas such as food safety, food hygiene and skills for life; work experience; workplace social integration; improving literacy and numeracy to facilitate employment opportunities.
